First Death: "1714" raped and killed by Highwayman. 21 years old

Beheaded: Claude Devereux "10-20-92" She was his obsessed lover, until he spurned her for a mortal woman.  This is a woman capable of horrible deeds.  In their flashback she murders Devereux's wife and enfant child. She does this to attain a physiological advantage over Devereux.  Their story is told in episode 5 "Free fall".  Felicia presumably still lives.  As of year 2000 she is 307 years old.
