Kiem Sun spent 100rds of years on holy ground.  He eventually came to the point were he lost his nerve.  Duncan meets him in 1680's and they seem to have had many adventures with the sword.

His story is told in "Road Not Taken"

As of 2000,  from first death he is 724 years old.  Presumably still alive.
