This proficiency allows the character to contact another character using the language of the mind. Two character's with telepathy can talk, but a character who tries telepathy on another character will not recieve a respones. The target character without Telepathy will feel similar to the target of a Suggestion spell. He does have the ability to choose, contrary to the spell. This is very useful when the characters can't talk and need to do things urgently.

This proficiency give you the ability to change a persons reaction like a bard of similer level & remove fear with a well timed joke. If failed it means that the person took the joke the wrong way and the reaction is the opposite of what you wanted or made the fear worse.
