I apologize to anyone who has had any interest in the campaign. RL (real life) interfered with my plans to do great things with this site and campaign. As a result I missed some great opportunities at some conventions to get signatures & support. I still hope to take this off the back burner, but I am not making any promises.

Well another Star Trek movie (Nemesis) is in the works--in fact principal photography has been completed. This means it is too late, once again, to get Data promoted if it doesn't happen in the script. Rumors of Data's fate, Brent Spiner's feelings about the role, and of this being the last "TNG" movie make any further efforts at this time pointless.

The Data we all knew & loved is gone. How different he will be post-Nemesis remains to be seen. All hopes for a promotion are not lost, but I know I will not have the time or energy to carry on this campaign.
