This page features links to various articles about how the technology of Star Trek is supposed to work. Phasers, Warp Drive, Holograms, etc are explained in simple language. Thses technologies are explained in such references as the various Star Trek "Technical Manuals", Star Trek The Magazine, and elsewhere. The problem with these is that they are often too technical for the average fan.

I have linked to sites with good, simple explanations, and have written several articles explaing "Treknology" for non-engineers. No copyright infringement is intended by doing so. This site is not for personal gain, but to further everyone's understanding of the technology involved, and thus enhance their enjoyment of Star Trek (which means more viewers and more sales of the copyrighted & trademarked merchandise!).
