In spite of the given rules a player just
takes one happening card each round.
When a happening card is becoming an event
it will not happen directly but the player that draws it holds the card.
The next round in the game before the player takes the next happening
card the event will take place. This gives the player the opportunity to
react to the upcoming event but only for one round. They see it coming
and should brace themselves for it.
