anti magic

This guild does not like the use of magic.

Add the magic level to the anti-magic level and lookup the result here:
3 - Not friendly towards the other guild.
4 - Problems with the other guild as biggest in the same city.
5 - Does not like it when the guild is the biggest guild in the country.
6 - Problems with the other guild being in the same city.
7 - Does not like it for the other guild being in the same country.
8 - Problems with a treaty with another country with this guild on level 6.
9 - Does not like a treaty with a country where this guild resides.

The problems will add in points when more of them apply to the current situation.
