gather materials

This unit can gather materials for a city when they are within the area of that city.

This unit is able to gather food, valuables and production inside a tile and transport it to a city within the movement range of an overland movement. But the city has to be of a big enough size to handle these goods. A city of size 3 can have 2 workers and a gather materials unit on one time but not more than this.
