All units near this unit have an extra point attack and at lot more mental defence.
With super leadership the units also gain a 1 point extra normal and mental attack next to the extra mental and normal defence from leadership. When units are separated from the leader by enemy units the bonus wears off.
When the leader or the units are from races with difficult trade this ability counts as normal leadership to them.
