What are Otherkin?

Everyone knows what reincarnation is, right? it's when a person's soul is reborn into another body. well, from what i understand, Otherkin are the incarnations of different types of non-human souls. Otherkin are people who have the bodies of humans, but the souls of fae-folk, dragons, elves, dwarves, gnomes... you name it, i'm sure it's possible.

i don't think it's possible to count all of the different types of Otherkin. there are numerous types of Sidhe, faeries, elves, Seelie, Unseelie, and et cetera. i can only talk about what i know, right now that's not much. Since i do not know much about Otherkin from my limited or unremembered experiences, i am trying to put all of the information about them that i can gather together on this page. As i learn more and find out more, these pages will grow. my goal is to create a source of information that help anyone who cares to know about Otherkin in our varying forms, shapes and sizes. i will try to get as much information as i can on these pages, all the better to learn from them myself. i'm also going to put up artwork and poetry, eventually. please, come back often, as i will be working on these pages as often as i can. again, if you have anything you would like to contribute (poetry, artwork, information about Clans or Traditions or anything in general) please send it to me at valinde@hotmail.com, i'll try to put it up as soon as i can. besides, i don't get nearly enough mail. *smile*
