About the Author

In this reality, I am a former English teacher and current web designer (among other, less interesting occupations). I love animals, sushi, and the color green. My hobbies include reading, writing, and watching movies; and you can find me most days on the the forum over at theonering.net.

More than anything else, the books I've read have molded my psyche. Among my favorite authors are J.R.R. Tolkien, H.P. Lovecraft, Jo Clayton, Neil Gaiman, Douglas Adams, Terry Pratchett, and Dame Julian of Norwich. I am also a serious movie buff. My favorites include Monty Python's Holy Grail and A Fish Called Wanda, Raising Arizona and Fargo by the Coen brothers, Pulp Fiction, and The Matrix.

I discovered the alternate reality called cyberspace in the summer of 1996, and began my own website in January 1997. Since then I have designed and collaborated on several others, but Dreams of Reality remains my real "home on the web."
