ARMOR

Your training has made you one with your machine, your metal chariot moves in sinc with your warrior instincts. You are encased in 80 tons of a durasteel composite armor shell, with the latest ablative top coat available. You are armed with two heavy disruptor cannons in the main turret, two coax anti-personnel disruptors, one anti-aircraft turret mounted disruptor and a rack of plasma rockets. Your tanks shielding is greater than most smaller starships. Your stealth systems almost render you invisible to the naked eye....Your life expectancy has just jumped to 90 seconds.

PILOT

Some other Marines say that we aren't even real marines. Say that because we fly around over all the fighting that we dont count. Well thats just because they haven't felt 7 gees of force on their bodies as they rip through a turn. Feel the roar of our disruptors as we destroy an armor formation. Yeah, those ground pounders just dont know what they are missing.

COMBAT ENGINEER

There was this one time, we was build'n a bridge across this canyon to move supplies 'cause the air currents kept forcing our air transports to the ground. Well we were just about finished when a whole column of the enemy comes a runnin at us, we grabbed our rifles and weapon kits and fought tooth and nail, we held out until the advanced infantry units could catch up and relieve us. We did our job, and that's why it says "Combat" in front of engineer. By the way, call me a support troop again and I'll introduce your ass to my boot!

ARTILLERY

Oh, you can complain all you want about lazy artillerists', staying in the rear, sleeping in barracks, eating well and getting fat. But, isn't it reassuring that we manage to get off that fire support where and when you request it, despite what you think of us?

INFANTRY

There are a dozen different ways of delivering destruction in impersonal wholesale, catastrophes so widespread, so unselective, that the war is over because the nation or planet has ceased to exist. What we do is entirely different. We make war as personal as a punch in the nose. We can be selective, applying precisely the required amount of pressure at the specific point at a designated time--we've never been told to go down and kill or capture all left-handed redheads in a peticular area, but if they tell us to, we can. We will.

SECURITY FORCES

When the Infantry and Armor move forward, we move in and keep the newly "aquired" Imperial Citizens in check. Sometimes they are not happy. We see that they get happy, or kill the lot of them in the process!

ARMOR SCOUTS

Armor talks big. But the real work is locating the ememy. We risk all in our little scout cars, so the Armor can come forward and claim the glory.
