A Ten Year Anniversary Party is being planned for Saturday, January 4, 1997. This party is to celebrate that it will have been ten years since the Celestial Affiliation of Time Lords was originally formed.

Some of our current members may recall that the creation of C.A.O.T.L. was announced to the world at a "Tri-Plus" party on January 2, 1987. According to Wayne McCloud, those in attendance included three Doctor Who organizations: the Whoniversity, The Whovian Elite and Mini Unit, as well as the U.S.S. Czar’ak. Now, ten years later, the C.A.O.T.L. is on its third regeneration, and hopes to continue into the future being a fan organization committed to bringing together those interested in Doctor Who and other stories of time travel.
