The Celestial Affiliation of Time Lords is made of a number of Colleges, which consist of at least two people who share the same particular interest and wish to promote and share the enjoyment of that activity. The active Colleges and their descriptions are:

The College of Excellence: Anything dealing with "Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure."

The College of Time Mechanics & Proptology: The designing, building and collecting of props used in films, videos and for costumes.

The College of Time Meddlers: A gaming group devoted to playing any and all games on (or adapted to) the time travel theme.

The College of Curious Goods: People interested in the TV series, "Friday the 13th."

The College of Wayback Technology: Fans of Rocky and Bullwinkle or any other Jay Ward cartoon character.

The College of Legends: Deals with any legendary character, time or place, e.g., Robin Hood.

The College of Shobogans: College for Time Lords who live outside of Minnesota, helps participation in conventions, parties and fellowship around the world.

The College of Who: Dr. Who fans.

And the recently added

The College of Anglo-Telly: College for Fans of short-run British television series.
