Phil Urich was your regular ordinary college inturn at the Daily Bugle, until he found an abandoned base of the origional Green Goblin while on
a story with his Uncle Ben! While investigating, Phil and his uncle were attacked by thugs. Able to escape, Phil found a secret door and found the old HQ
of the origional Goblin. While investigating this new discovery, he was accidently bathed in chemicals. Although they seemed to have no effect, when Phil put on
an old Goblin suit and a heavily electronic Goblin mask, he gained super strenght and a lunitic laugh! He was able to save his uncle, and for a while, lived the life of a super hero and
an inturn, using his Uncle's files to fight crime. During his career, Phil fought The Rhino, The Scarlet Spider, the Hobgoblin, and many other famuos Spidey characters. He even applied for The New
Warriors, and was accepted, but later turned the offer down.
But, his wild career came to an end during the attack of Onslaught. While protecting the Daily Bugle building from a Sentinal, Phil's Mask was damaged, causing him to lose all his powers. With that part of his life gone, Phil
tries to lead a normal life, but damages to the Bugle force cut backs, causing Phil to lose his job. Beleaving that all things happen for a reason, Phil decides to return to college.
