OK, the USS Cumberland is a chandley class starship. She is the only one of her kind within Sierra Fleet. The build is very similar to a Miranda class vessel, it just has "wings" along the nacelles. The shields are an improvement, equivalent to a Sovereign ship's. There are 3 phaser cannons, along with 4 torpedo tubes. No photon torpedoes on this ship, they are all quantum. The crew capacity is approximately 1500 (what can I say, she's fairly small). The max speed is that of Warp 9.8. She is only 500 meters long, but makes up for it with speed.
