The Truer Form
You can tell who a person is
by how they respond to things.
It tells a lot.
About who that person is,
What they're like,
How they react to people.
It shows a lot by the simple gesture.
A simple response.
It can tell whether they're good or bad
Nice or uncaring
sympathetic or closed-minded.
Others respond to others.
They act off of each other.
This is why one should be true
to others and
to oneself
So they know who they are.
So others know the real person,
the true form.
Or all else,
is a lie.

The Songs of Wonder
Listen to the birds praise
Their mighty beautiful songs
Hear them whistle their
joyous tunes
They sing because they're free
They change because they can fly high above
the ground.
They sing for happiness
Their beautiful tines can be heard
everywhere.
Not one is alike
They're individuals
Marking their spot
Marking who they are
Their brillant songs
Shine like the sun
Are amplified by their surroundings
and one another
Never do they fear anything
Never do they worry
Singing gayishly in the trees
About their happiness.

Beauty
I lay out in a field
Waiting for the sunset,
Watching it disappear
beneith the flat horizon.
The many colors,
The sun leaves behind,
Shows me that I'm not alone.
That there is beauty,
If I just look,
In the simpliest places.

Life,
Beathing, moving
for the first time
crying, talking
enjoying a new beginning
feeling emotions
learning to love
to live,
to know
to be free
for a moment.

Goals of the New
Wishful thinking
of things to coming true
Dreaming, scheming
of things to do.
Pondering, wondering
of what is real
Organizing things
that mean a big deal.
Hurrying, rushing
to get things done
Growing, becoming
The only one.
