This Character sheet was designed by someone on the PML (I can't for the life of me remember who it was - If you know, tell me so I can give that person credit) and modified a fair bit by myself to be viewed, and printed using netscape 3.0 (and up), or any other browser for that matter. But you will probably want a half decent HTML editor to fill it out and customize (add what you need - Delete what you don't) to suit which ever character you are using at the time. I've tried to include anything that will be needed for most characters in a Rifts® environment. It can; however be easily changed to suit any other Palladium Game. If you have found any Corrections that I need to make or additions that I should add, or any kind of improvement that can be done to make this more useful, send me some ideas and I'll see what I can do.
