This is the Nine Inch Nails part of my page. I am a NIN freak. Trent Reznor is one of the few people who have had an influence on my life. But let's hear more about Trent, shall we? He's 32, plays almost any instrument you could hand him, and was named the industrial rocker of the year. He records as Nine Inch Nails (so if you didn't know that nin is a one man studio act, now you do). He has a thriving touring career as the leader of Nine Inch Nails- a quartet that interprets his computerized compositions. He has helped to build up other bands such as Marilyn Manson. He's produced many soundtracks, including Natural Born Killers, and Lost HIghway. Reznor's music is the stuff of nightmares for most people, but for the depressed his music gives a sense of comfort... telling them that there is worse pain in the world than their own. He is a truly great man, and deserves more credit than most people give him. So to all of you who came in here thinking that Nine Inch Nails is just another freak show fake... I'd like to tell you now that you're wrong. NIN is Trent Reznor, and the music is his story. "I had no expectations of commercial success," he says. "But people 'got it.' That I didn't expect."
