• Appeared soon after the death of Deep Throat at the end of the first season. He knew Deep Throat, and is sometimes called upon by Mulder for information. He is called by marking an "X" in the lower right-hand square is Mulder's apartment window and shining a light through it.
• He is extremely dangerous and violent and has fought both Skinner and Mulder. He is also much more secretive than his predecesor. Mulder did not consider him an allie, but an informant.
• During the 2nd season, Mulder broke off contact with him because he would not help. When Mulder attempted to contact him again, he almost got killed.
• We do not know if he is an enimy or a friend. He reports to Cancer-Man, but he seems to be revealing top-secret information to Mulder, which he learns from Cancer-Man.
• He was eventually revealed and assassinated by the Well-Manicured man in Mulder's apartment. Just before his death, he wrote the letters "SRSG" on the floor in his own blood. This told Mulder some valuable information as to his next informant.
