The Beginning, part 3

Prince Adam is given the sword of power and becomes He-Man for the first time, while his pet tiger Cringer becomes his steed Battle Cat. Eternia's new hero then journeys to confront Skeletor and save his father. (These first three episodes combine to form the series pilot movie).
The Courage of Adam

In the hope of catching He-Man to get rid of him, Skeletor captures Prince Adam as bait for He-Man, unaware that Adam is He-Man himself. Man-At-Arms sends Orko to deliver Adam's sword to him so he can become He-Man, while he works on a holographic He-Man robot to trick Skeletor. After the ensuing battle, Adam realises that as long as there is danger on Eternia, He-Man will always be needed.
Sky War

Stratos' people, the Avians, are caught in a trade dispute with Buzz-Off's people, the Andreenids. When Skeletor learns that the Andreenids produce a special food called Ambrosia that boosts a person's power, he decides to go after the Ambrosia himself, and sets about stirring up a war between the two races to distract them while he obtains the power to destroy He-Man.
The Deep End

When Man-At-Arms retrieves the Corodite Crystal, which Skeletor used to break the Mystic Wall, he is swallowed by Merman's giant fish, which the crystal causes to grow to a huge size. The beast heads for Castle Grayskull, and He-Man is faced with the task of stopping the beast from causing destruction as well as rescuing Man-At-Arms and the crystal from its belly.

This episode features the samurai variants from the toy line.
