Love
Love exists. There are two kinds. The first is something that can't be helped. This is the worst kind. You become dependant. Then, when they become annoyed and begin to ignore you it begins to tear your soul apart. This is what Rufus Wainwright was talking about in his song "Hallelujah." The song says "Love is not a victory march. It's cold, and it's a broken hallelujah." Relationships like this must either change or end. It may hurt, but it is far better for both parties. The second is a conscious decision. When seeing someone, you must make this decision and then act on it. This is a far healthier kind of love. I, unfortunately, fall victim to the first kind very easily. I think, however, that I fall into the first kind because of how lonely I am. You will never meet a lonlier son of a bitch in your life.
