Frank and Helena Seleski are twins. They're also Solar, Man of the Atom. The two were on a quest to find God, but instead they found Phil Seleski, a man from another universe with the powers of a god. Phil returned to his own world, but as he left, a part of his powers was left behind. Frank and Helena took the powers and became one as their world's Solar.
