Recipe : Hobbit Hash

Ingredients :
1.5 lbs pre-cooked hobbit meat, coarsely chopped
3 large potatoes, grated
2 large yellow onions, chopped
2 large green bell peppers, chopped
2lbs mixed mushrooms, sliced
4 TBS butter
Preparation :
In a large iron skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
Add onions and bell peppers and sautee till the onions are slightly
translucent. Add, in order, the potatoes, mushrooms and hobbit.
Cook until the potatoes are lightly browned.
Please note:
- If you run out of hobbit, you can substitute dwarf ham, pork roast,
pork chops, or, in a pinch, chicken.
- Hobbits are tricksy little critters and may make you late for dinner.
- Some guests may complain "I likes mine RAW" Please feel free to sit on them.
