Purdue @ Alamo Bowl 98 [Page 2]

My neighbor, Mark Fontenote, joins me, Stephen Reeve, for another Purdue game. Even though Mark is a UT grad, he rather go and see an exciting game than sit at the Cotton Bowl and see Ricky Williams merciless run over another team.

We ended up standing for every play. The alumni group had "Purdue Up" foam hands in our seats waiting for us. It was a very nice touch. We also shouted the whole game through. I was hoarse the whole next day. But it was worth it. Bishop (KState QB) could hardly tell his receivers what the audible was. YES, THE FANS MADE A DIFFERENCE.

The Boilermakers come out fired up.
