Hi there, welcome to Grey Matter. This page is dedicated to free speech. Well, at least MY free speech. Here at Grey Matter I am dedicated to one concept: It's my opinion and if you don't agree with it, you're wrong. As a quick reminder, this page is still under construction (and probably always will be), so be patient and understanding when you see something incorrect.

Anyway, let's get started with introductions:

I'm Syd and I'm in charge. It is that simple. I do all of the writing, editing, revising, and drinking that is involved with making and maintaining this web page.
I'm a musician and I am currently playing in a band as well as performing solo acoustic shows. If you'd like to find out more about it, you can go to the myspace page dedicated to my music career at Project Charlotte

Okay, the previous update was now superceded by my newer updates, and those newer updates are now old and should have been superceded a long time ago. Instead, I'm superceding the previous updates with this one:

I have updated all of my computers to the new Leopard OS. It is awesome. I also have the iLife '08 software on all of my machines (well the PowerBook can't run iMovie HD '08, but whatever) and I am in Mac bliss again!
