Stupid tourists

I like to go camping, and over the years have gone to a few places via my college geology department that I would have otherwise never have gone to. So when I came across the following article originally printed in the Boulder (Colorado) Daily Camera, I just had to shake my head in disgust. Of all the yuppie asinine self-centered things a person could say or do, this kinda takes the cake in stupidity when enjoying the outdoors as far as I am concerned.

Too many bugs and leeches and spiders and spider webs. Please spray the wilderness to rid the area of these pests.
Talk about a sheltered life!! This squimish little camping wannabe shows a total disregard to the balance of nature in the wilderness.
The coyotes were making too much noise last night and kept me awake. Please eradicate these annoying animals.
Yet another fool who leads such a sheltered city life that the capacity to understand and deal with nature eludes this person.
A McDonalds would be nice at the trailhead.
Here's another city person that doesn't understand the signifigance of what he or she has stated. He or she wants to be able to go out in the wilderness, yet have the comfort of the city nearby. Survey says: XXX- doesn't work like that. Go back to your sheltered life in the city.

I know this was meant as a joke, but the poor folks who help run the park probably get questions like this all the time---from people who spend too much time inside. People who ask questions like that really need to get outside and away from the city more often and experience nature as it was meant to be experienced.
