Most packs are formed by a male Cerbi who has reached adulthood and aquired his ranking flame.  Ranking has nothing to do in determining the first female, second female, and so on.  They aquire the ranking first, second, third and so on in the order they join.  All packs must consist of single Cerbi; mated pairs are not allowed.  Mated pairs are NOT allowed to participate in the extended breedings!  Your Cerbi must be part of a pack in order to have a pup.  There will be no exceptions.  If you do not like it, tough. Cerbi packs consist of no more than two males and 4 females. 1 male and two females is the smallest size pack allowed.  Female and Male Cerbi may not be related but the females may be related to each other.  Packs are named as follows: Pack of "fire related thing".  A fire related thing must be included in the name or the pack will not be registered as a working pack.
