my  short  bio

So here's a quick rundown about--who else--me! I'm from Northern California, twelve years in Sacramento and about five years in the San Francisco Bay Area. I've been living in Bangkok, Thailand since 2001, taking nine months from April to December 2002 to try life again in California to no avail. I had to return to Bangkok for some reason, and that reason showed its self nearly a year later...

In November 2003, I met my soul mate, Adissapong. In Thailand, all people have nicknames, and his nickname is Golf. We got along so well, like no other person I had ever met. And he treated me far better than any other man in my life previously. He's two years older than me, and both of us are very ready to have a life partner, so we decided not to waste anymore time. He proposed marriage to me on Valentine's Day, 2004. Shortly afterward, we consulted a monk to see when would be an auspicious day to get married, and we were told Friday, April 30, 2004. And so that's when it was. I have been a happily married woman since then, a new life started.

I was born on December 12th 1969, so yes, I'm a lovely 34 year-old. My how time flies -- I don't FEEL this old. I lived my childhood in Washington State in the Yakima Valley in a small town called Zillah. I lived on a five acre farm with a garden, orchard and animals and best of all our ponies and horses! I was in 4-H for many years and it was a great experience for a little girl. Someday I'd love to get some pets again because I love the companionship they bring, especially a borzoi, my favorite breed of dog. I would also like the opposite of a borzoi, a pug -- they are incredibly cute. =)

When I finished 9th grade, my mom and sisters moved to Seattle and we lived there for 2 years. My dad joined us about a year after we moved there. I totally LOVED living there! That was from mid 1985 through mid 1987. Then we moved to Sacramento, CA. So I've gotten to be the "new girl" in school twice.

I lived in Sacramento for over 12 years, graduating high school in 1988 then going the easy route by living with my parents while attending CSUS. I got my BA degree in Graphic Design in December of 1996.
