I once thought on the subject of what love and infatuation are and how they compare. For some reason I could not think of it. So finally I just asked Jay, the older man I was working with. He gave me a rather simple explination of how everything is.

Love is when you care about the person and wish them well - and want to be with that person ... and would do pretty much everything for their well-being

Infatuation is simply that you want to fuck their brains out. But it doesn't have to be ... if a young child doesn't get enough attention at home and a teacher hugs him and talks to him the child might get a "crush" on the teacher, it is pretty much an infatuation. Infatuation is usually goes away if you take a something out, such as good looks in a girl, or something else. Infatuation is often an obsession and lust.

Now that I know this, I'm glad to know that most of my high school and after I've been in love.
