Amongst the other great things this temple has are:

* A Nile-o-meter. Off on one side is a giant, walled pit. The water level of the nile could be read by looking down the pit, and that's what they'd use to figure out the levies from farmers for the year. Every so often a crocodile would get trapped down there, so...

* Mummified Crocodiles: ... since this was a temple to Sobek, who had the head of a crocodile, they'd mummify the things. Off in a little chamber, they have three mummified crocodiles for you to marvel at. All of them have had their bandages removed; their skin looks like charcoal.
