This is our tour group sailing around Aswan in a felucca, which is a kind of sail boat. Medhat's in front, I'm on one of the sides, and a Nubian sailor and his trusty assistant (grandson?) were on board to take us around.

Getting in and out of this thing was an experience with my legs still out of whack. We climbed into another boat to get on, and got on a literal gang plank that was as wobbly as a post-election President, and just as stable, to get off. I don't know how I kept from falling into the water either time, but I did.

As for the trip itself -- fantastic. Those things can tack into the wind like no one's business.
