History:
TailKinker doesn't remember before her first experience with the old magician. She had lost her way trying to get to Queen Beth's court to petition to be a Dame. She was trying to light a stick on the mage's lantern so she could build herself a fire. It fell and burned up her entire right arm. The old magician painfully tattooed a magic rune in her shoulder to cover up the scarring. In the process, he discovered the well of magic power within her. He apprenticed her, and for some years, tried to teach her to access the magic within her. After those years, she wasn't past the most basic of spells. Therefore, as payment for her years of service, he added to her rune a protective energy shield she could call upon at any time, and sent her on her way.
