Matthes As said above, the song uses the trans-trem. I'm pretty sure that during the main riff (played in the intro, and the verse) he locks the tremelo up one whole step. That makes the riff a lot easier to play. Then, you're playing A, D, and G. Then in the pre-chorus, and chorus, Eddie lowers the tremelo into standard tuning. Finally, during the outro, he drops the tremelo WAY down. 2 and 1/2 steps! The E string goes down to a B. So, to play ALL of this song as written, you'd have to tune your entire guitar 2 and 1/2 steps down, and move the capo around like a madman!!!. Therefore, we'll forget about the low B part. I'll transcribe something an octave higher later, when I get a chance. IF you REALLY want to play it easiest (fingering-wise), you can capo 2nd fret, and move it during the chorus and pre chorus, but if you want the simplest version, just learn the version of the intro above.
