Como fazer para instalar esses temas?
  Antes de tudo, você precisa ter o winzip, programa para descompactar os temas.
1-Descompacte os temas utilizando o winzip.
2- Vá ao painel de controle.
3- Em MOUSE, instale os cursores, em FONTES, instale as fontes, assim sucessivamente.
4- Se você tiver o "Microsoft Plus" , não será necessário tudo isso pois junto com os temas, vai um arquivo para o microsoft plus que instala automaticamente tudo.
