Dr. Fate was made from a TNBA Nightwing. I added sculpey to make the gloves, belt, boots as well as smoothing out Nightwing's etched in lines. The head was sculpted from scratch. The cape was made from a Detective Batman (see a trend :-). The collar was a piece of plastic from the bubble with the amulet coming from a push-pin.
