How to become a Mentor

All Mentors MUST:
      -Have a CLEAR policy record
      -Reach the 15th Circle in their Guild
      -Spend at least 6 hours a month 'On Duty' and attend a weekly meeting.

Musts that I would add.  You must be patient. You must have a sense of Humor. 
You must listen. You must cooperate well with others.
Even If you don't have a friendly personality(ic)
you have to be able to express yourself in a manner 
conducive to welcoming new adventurers in the realms.
No matter how many times they ask the same question..over..and over..
You must be able to lead them through, while not pulling your hair out!!!

 Special note:  ALL *official* Mentors wear a special armband with a silver
 and jade Glaysker flower emblem.  Do not be fooled by people claiming to be
 from the Mentor Society if they are not wearing this Armband!
