Well, it looks like this blog will only have entries every 6 months or so.



Coffee is still good.  I grind beans more often now--probably because we have a nice grinder.  Lately I need more variety when I drink on a daily basis.  Can't have Folgers Classic Roast every day.  Gotta mix it up with some Sumatra or Punch in the Face by Alterra.  Seattle's Best seems like a good brand so far.  I sometimes top it off with a tablespoon of Medaglia d'Oro Caffe' espresso coffee.  Seems to round out the flavor for me.



We tried Peet's Coffee but were horribly disappointed with their Colombia.  Bad batch?  We're too scared to make another pot of that.



So why do we still keep the grounds in the cupboard?
