A Word About Tea
I was an avid tea drinker in college, but exchanged tea for coffee after
graduation. Despite the fact that it's no longer my favorite caffeinated
beverage, I still have certain preferences for how tea is made and how it
tastes. For instance, I prefer steeping Lipton's Brisk Tea Bags,
which consist of orange pekoe and pekoe cut black tea. Plain black tea is good too.
If anything, I'm consistent. I need to add flavors to my tea, just as with my coffee. I hardly ever drink tea without adding
a squeeze of lemon juice--preferably freshly squeezed--and lots
of sugar. This is how I drink both hot and cold tea.
