Chalicia was Embraced by Etrius, Leader of the Vienna Chantry and member of the Inner Council. This happened over 900 years ago. In 1995, she was sent by her sire to Oklahoma City, to rebuild the Chantry that had been destroyed. After succesfully rebuilding and maintaining the Chantry, she was then sent to Washington, D.C. to investigate the mysterious happenings there. After it was made public that the current Prince was a Sabbat infiltrator, she was made Prince through the actions of the Conclave of all seven Justicars.
