Beryl is a mineral with several different colourful gemstone varieties: aquamarine, morganite, heliodor, bixbite but the most famous being Emerald.

AQUAMARINES(water from the sea),are known for their tranquil qualities and ability to bring peace and calm to the most troubled minds. They are said to have a cooling power which can be used to calm a fever or relax an overactive mind. Aquamarines are thought to calm motion sickness, cleanse glands, relieve water retention and reduce nervous disorders. Rich blue crystals are the most highly prized, while pale and green varieties also occur more frequently.
