I had a topic before titled "What should I do?" in which I detailed getting screwed by a Ebayer because he did not fully disclosed the condition of the Sludge, claiming it was C9 or C10 with tight joints but instead the leg joints are so loose you can swing it like pendulum.  His name is Brandon Quon and his Ebay handle is killerb18. He's got 16 negatives already, with 4 in the past month alone.  So beware and stay away from this guy.  He's no good.
