  Charlie Hoyt used to be an honest guy until he became a criminal. He was a student at Kansas University that he told me. I am not only one that he ripped me off, he ripped three users from eBay Auction. He has been on three fraud reports from eBay Auction. He had been suspended from Paypal and eBay Auction. The three users that from eBay Auction were thecollectiveimpulsetfstore, eddienova, and kidnutoys that were ripped from him. My side of my story, last year Chuck agreed that I will pay reissue Sideswipe and Red Alert which was on eBay Auction but I did not bid, he agreed that I will pay on monthly payment after the auction was ended without a bid until final payment of $190 total, he told me it was a delay because he went to Botcon in July. When he got back, he told me that reissue Sideswipe and Red Alert were sent and ask me that I can pay for reissue Ultra Magnus. I told him I wait for Sideswipe and Red Alert which never came for one month.
      I sent him e-mail that I did not get them....what happen is he changed the e-mail. I use eBay Auction user message to reach him because he changed his e-mail in eBay Auction information but he never response. He owes me Reissue Sideswipe and Red Alert or $190.00
