I placed an order with http://www.empire-toys.com.  I ordered a C8+ condition, Soundwave and Buzzsaw.  I recieved them int he mail yesterday, and much to my surprise Soundwave had no head, and buzzsaw was missing a leg I feel they are a very bad and risky investment and I want to warn everyone not to  doing buisness with them in the future!

Empire Toys will "rape" you for money. The guy's a bastard. We did a trade back in 1998. I gave him:

The splitting Batmobile
10+ COMPLETE Batman figures.
The Batskiboat.
When all totalled...it came to be worth about 300.00
He traded me Cyclonus (with HORRIBLE sticker wear)

And Wreck Gar.(I was supposed to get Mirage.)
On top of that? It took him 2 MONTHS to send me my stuff!!!!! My mother does handwriting analysis...and saw that he has the FELON'S claw among other things. She also was able to tell he's got quite an unhappy life and he's EXTREMELY lazy.

When I tried to talk to him about it...he just brushed me off. Don't even worry about trying to get a refund or a replacement.
1.)you'll wait forever.
2.)he won't do it.
3.)if he does it....he'll ransom them for you to pay shipping costs and a service fee.

He's bad news. I had to file Mail Fraud charges against him.  Go for it. It's only 5 minutes to fill the paper. Do it.

I just thought I'd chime in and say that I agree. This guy is bad news. I purchased an Action Master Bombshell from him off eBay a few months back. The auction stated that Nibbler (the AM Partner) was in C-10 condition. However, when I removed the toy from the stapled-to-the-backboard bubble, Nibbler had been reduced to it's components parts. It took me 3 days to get the thing together. And when I left negative feedback, he jumped down my throat saying I could have returned it. Sure, if I had bought it from his web site. But this was an eBay auction, not a regular transaction. AM Bombshell is now sits on my shelf as a reminder that you can't trust everyone.
