I am sorry that you were dissatisfied
with my response. I am also sorry to hear about your situation.
You are going to need to take this situation up with who ever your extended
warranty company is. They are the ones that will be reimbursing you.
If you have a General Motors Protection Plan that number is 1-800-2631-5590.
I know this is a big inconvenience and I do apologize for it. If
you have any more questions or concerns please do not hesitate to e-mail
us again.
Thank you for contacting Pontiac.
Sincerely,
Bree McArthur

Yes,
Actually I am concerned that if I call this number, I will get the same run-around I have for the past year. Why wasn't I ever given this number before, for instance, in April of last year.
From what I understand, I will only be receiving a "prorated" refund of the $795 warranty minus a $40-$50 "service fee". After GM has collected interest on my money for 3 years, and I have been lied to, decieved, blown off, hung up on and sent on wild goose chases, I think I should get back a little more than that.
I'm sorry if that sounds bad, but put yourself in my place. After buying my Acura this past April, I can't imagine the need to ever purchase another GM car or how GM stays in business. Acura demonstrated excellent salesmenship and customer service. All GM dealers I shopped lied to me, pressured me, were unknowledgable about their cars, and even quoted me payments while refusing to tell me the interest rate or length of term. How they could have calculated a payment is beyond me.
With that said, I would just like to be contacted personaly by a customer service specialist or district manager who cares what their customers are put through and that their dealers are costing GM sales. I tired of calling phone numbers and writing letters to know end. I would like to resolve this matter immediately.
Thank you for your time. I apologize for babbling on and on.
