Ok, here's my story - but forgive me if it gets lengthy, I'm so mad
now I could just spit - - Ok, so I bid on this item on ebay -

Ok - I win, I sent a money order, I RECIEVE the item ( this is key
here...) So, then I email the guy and thank him and leave him a positive
feedback - only to have him respond that he never recieved the payment
and that he's gonna leave me a negative feedback if I don't pay up. So
- here's my dilemna - I got the box, and everything was fine! So, I tossed
my money order receipt, so I have no proof of payment. Great huh? But what
I wanna know is this - if I DIDN'T pay, WHY'D HE SEND THE DAMN THING TO
ME???
I've been in contact with Safe Harbor about this, and they said this::

So... the negative that he has left me now because I refused to pay
TWICE for this thing is FAIR as far as Ebay is concerned. According to
them, I should live with this and let my POSITIVES outweigh this negative.
To me, that's BULLSHIT. And get this - I can't leave him one back, cause
I ALREADY LEFT HIM THAT POSITIVE WHEN I GOT THE PACKAGE FROM HIM! I know,
I know - shoulda held onto the receipt for the M.O., but I figured "Why?
I have the darn package, I don't need it!" I advise EVERYONE
