Hey all... it's now officially been over a month and I've tried to email this guy three or four times after he supposedly sent me my fort max... yes that's right... a fort max.... he's now five hundred dollars richer and i'm now an extremely pissed off transfan... you guys should have seen the sweet talk this guy sent me when i first emailed him bout the deal to make sure that nothing was outta the ordinary... i bought the toy off bidville and he was a new guy ther under the name "transoldat" .. his email address is lejesoldat@yahoo.com . He lives in denmark... I have his address if anyone wants it, but I'm not mean enough to give it out to the world as of yet...
He supposedly was selling a complete mint fort max on auction.... and he even said that he received my end of the bargain and that the toy was sent out... on July 11th... the method? via 5-7 day airmail... well... it's been a little more than seven days... and no responses anymore... i even tried emailing customer support on bidville.com and they haven't even responded... i'm begining to think that site isn't worth the space it takes up.... what kind of online service takes over two weeks to get back to you?
anyway...stay away from this guy... anyone want details i'll be happy to oblige.. and if anyone has any advice on how i can get my money back (this is an international trade so i'm even more in the hole... and he "supposedly" insured my package for the amount, but i can't track it or do anything about it cuz i don't know how it was packaged or if it was ever sent...) please help

yep... i'm another guy... he took
me for bout $500 worth of stuff a while back.. and i recently got news
from another person in france who was also ripped off by him that he was
on ebay.. and now he's not thanks to us and another person that was kind
enough to help on ebay....he's already on goldbug's fraud list, but he
keeps changing his email... i'm guessing that he's got a new one now after
the ebay incident... and i tried emailing him again, but he's still ignoring
my emails...
so everyone please be wary of this con... he seems to have done his homework and comes off as a really nice guy.... if anyone else is out there, please let us know; i filed a complaint with the nationals, but one person concerning something overseas doesn't seem like much... a couple of people would be better..

has resurfaced. A while back, I posted about how a couple of others
and myself had been severely ripped off (totalling over $700 worth of stuff)
by a jackass from Denmark. Well, apparantly, he is now on ebay, with
a new identity, and is selling off the toys he stole from us....(we know
that he is for sure the same guy because we asked him a question and checked
his address and the such as it appears on ebay to what we sent our packages
to when we dealt with him originally and
they match..)

If anyone knows how to get back at this guy or get my stuff back from him... especially since he's on ebay now; please let me know. And I will let the other two people who were also ripped off by him know...
