I have a complaint about a seller.   I  bought a boxed Mechabot (pre-tf of Omega Supreme) from Jetbot on August 11 for $113.  His info is as follows:

He said it was only missing 1 small clip and the visor.  When I got it on August 19 (poorly packed too), in addition to the 2 missing parts, there was a piece broken off the upper leg piece (foot doesn't stay on, he doesn't walk at all...feet don't even move, a gear popped off or is loose inside I think, and the light doesn't work properly.

I asked for a refund.  After a lot of deliberation, he said he'd send a refund minus shipping when he returned on September 3 (almost 3 weeks after I got it).  I told him I want a complete refund plus shipping since it's his fault!  Haven't heard from him since.  I gave an ultimatum: agree to refund by September 7 or I'd post all about this everywhere until I got my refund.
Well, that date has passed.  I don't usually post this kind of stuff on newsgroups but it's been 3 weeks now and no refund.  I hope Jetbot reads this and resolves this matter ASAP.  If he does, I'll post it here that he finally has sent me a refund.  I want at least my $113 back...I'll even pay to return it, even though I shouldn't pay for it.  I'm on a fixed income and every dollar counts.

In the off-chance that he doesn't give a refund, would anyone be interested in buying/trading for it?  If so, how much value would you guys place on it? Comes with a good condition box, foam insert, instruction separated on the folds, stickers applied, robot is C9+ minus the broken stuff.

Yeah, I bought a MISB Thundercracker off of him a couple years ago.  Don't remember exactly what it was, but I he lied about something, and several other people had complaints about him as well.
