Subject: Bad Trader Alert! Bad Trader Alert!

Hello Everyone,

I want to take a minute and let everyone know about a transaction gone wrong.  I was contacted by someone a month ago, about a trade deal.  The trade he proposed to me was for my MISB TM2 Megatron, MISB TM Primal, MISB TM Megatron
for his original G1 Starscream complete.  His name is Justin O'connell, and the screen name he contacted me with was DigitalXero@aol.com, then later he went under the name DigitalDez@aol.com. He is located in Savannah, Georgia.  We both
agreed on a simultaneous trade, via Priority Mail and Delivery Confirmation and Tracking.  I sent my items out the next day, but he then emailed me stating some problems and will be delayed.  I told him no problem, just send them out within a day or two and he agreed.  Time goes by.....enter one month later.  I emailed him back repeatedly and never got a response.  Then I emailed him one last time, stating that I will contact the Post Office regarding mail fraud, and the Savannah, Georgia Police Department of his activities (or his lack of), if I didn't receive the said item within a week.  I immediately got an response from him, saying that he will send the item the following day with tracking. Sure enough, I get a tracking number from him two days ago, and the item arrived today.  However, it was not what we agreed on.  It was incomplete (missing both small bombs and landing gear), and it was a Re-Issue Starscream.  Needless to say, I was not pleased.  I emailed him back, and it seems that he is no longer on his email account. I checked the package the item came in, and there was a return address...but no name!  My suspicion is that Justin O'connell isn't even his real name.  This situation reminds me of another bad trader in Georgia.  His name is Jason Lynch, which I am sure some of you are familiar with. In fact, I wouldn't be surprised if this person is the one and same.  Now, I am here to make sure that this doesn't happen to any of you.  Here is the information that I wish to divulge to you in case someone out there is in a similar situation:

Alias:
DigitalXero@cs.com
DigitalXero@aol.com
DigitalDez@aol.com

Home Address:
Justin O'connell (most likely not his real name)
9111 White Bluff Rd Apt #69
Savannah, GA 31406

If anyone has had any dealings with this person, dealt with someone at this address, or has any other information, please contact me.  Transformers collecting should be an enjoyable experience, and we certainly don't need people like Justin O'connell ("If that is your real name") to put a damper on the experience.  Thank you for your time and patience reading this.  Also...if you are a honest Transformers collector looking to trade, give me a buzz...I'm always happy to trade or buy!

Thanks,
LegendCollector
