I won an aution of a FACTORY SEALED Transfcrmer Prowl from the G1 line from this seller who described it as "In the same condition as it left the factory." What I received was a ripped, torn, opened, and packaged upsidedown toy in the box. He claims that it was the Post Office's fault for tampering with the package. I took it to the Post Office and we all concurred the package was never tampered with and that the item was originally sent in the condition I discovered it to be...ripped, torn, open, and upsidedown.

He is accusing me of fraud and exthortion. That I want to gain money and keep the item for my own personal profit and requested to e-bay that I  get kicked off.

I strongly believe that I am a victim of his greed and selfishness.
